Defence

Maritime defence.

Autonomous electric Wing-In-Ground craft for the littoral.

Capabilities

  • Low radar signature

Flying a few metres above the sea keeps the craft below most radar horizons.

  • Water take-off and landing

Operates from the sea itself. No runway, no airfield, no port required.

  • Above the waves

Aircraft speed with the efficiency of flying on a cushion of air.

  • Autonomous

Designed to fly without a crew on board, supervised remotely.

Missions

Built for the sea, not the airfield.

Maritime surveillance
Long, low patrols over open water and coastlines.
Search and rescue
Reach a position at sea fast, and land on the water when you get there.
Coastal and island logistics
Move supplies between ships, islands and shore without a runway.
Payload delivery
Carry and release mission payloads at sea-skimming height.

Why ground effect

Fast like an aircraft. Efficient like a boat.

A wing flying close to the water rides on a cushion of its own air, so it needs less power for the same lift. That lets an electric craft cover real distances at aircraft speed, a few metres above the sea.

Our craft are designed to the IMO guidelines for Wing-In-Ground craft (MSC.1/Circ.1592). We build and fly them ourselves in Chennai, ten times bigger every six months.
